Salary:From £7.50 per hour based on the experience plus Pension, tips and meals on duty

Covers:Lunch: average 20; Dinner: average 45 midweek / 80-100 weekends (in summer); Breakfast: n/a; Functions: ad hoc - maximum 50
Food type:home cooked pub food and specials using local produce
Full-time chefs:3 plus kitchen porter when busy
Accommodation:own room in shared staff accommodation charged at £50 per week - includes Wi-Fi
Job description:

The Kames Hotel is a 10 bedroom hotel situated in Tighnabruaich in the West Coast of Scotland.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our small and friendly team.

You must be a team player who ideally has experience in a similar role but training will be provided.

Good team in place and a great opportunity to learn using fresh local produce that this area has to offer.

Beautiful area to live and work in.

This is a permanent position and it is available now for the right candidate.
