Salary:£8.50 - £9 per hour negotiable depending on experience paid fortnightly - plus tips. Looking to give 1 weekend off every month.

Hours:Full time position
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:None
Covers:Lunch: to 20; Dinner: to 80; Breakfast: None; Functions: Outside catering for up to 200
Food type:Quality bar meals plus daily specials board - up market and well presented
Full-time chefs:4 Chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live out - management may be able to help source local accommodation
Job description:

The Gargunnock Inn is privately owned, situated in a nice Village location just 4 miles from Stirling.

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our small team, you will ideally have some experience at Commis Chef level.

You will be hardworking, enthusiastic and have good customer skills.

Very hands on owners.

You must be a driver.

Excellent onsite training provided
