Job description: | Elphinstone Hotel located in Biggar, ML12 6DL is small country inn serving excellent quality freshly prepared food with weekly changing specials. Winner of Hospitality of the Year and various other awards. We are looking for a junior chef to join our team of 3 chefs. This is a live in position in a good central position within an hour of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Plenty to do on time off. Will suit a chef who enjoys small towns but likes to be not too far from cities. Scope for development within a team of chefs. Paid weekly with a share of tips. |
