Job description: | I am recruiting for a pastry chef for a very busy 2 rosette hotel situated about 30 miles from Glasgow. Looking for a pastry chef who has at least 8 years experience and has experience in working in a similar environment. Rosette experience would be preferred but not essential. The hotel does 150 weddings a year and we make everything from scratch including bread, petit fours and all desserts. Very busy hotel serving lots of afternoon teas. Ideally you will be a driver due to the location. This position is available now and is a permanent all year round position. |
