Salary:up to £30,000 depending on experience usually paid monthly plus a share of tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:approximately 45-50
Days:4 or 5 days depending on establishment
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:35-40
Covers:Lunch: 25-50; Dinner: 50-90; Breakfast: 70-80; Functions: up to 100
Food type:2 and 3 rosette all made in house
Full-time chefs:6-12 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Good en-suite accommodation available at a small charge
Job description:

I am looking for pastry chefs of all levels for high-end 5* establishments all over Scotland including the outskirts of Edinburgh, Perthshire and more rural areas such as Skye and Lake Districts also.

Working in a variety of establishments of mainly 2-3 rosette level. You will be preparing all of the desserts in-house including fresh breads made daily, petit-fours and afternoon teas also.

Modern kitchens with good equipment in place and good scope to progress and develop in your career.

Ideally you will have some rosette experience.

These positions are available now for the right candidate and are permanent all year round positions.
