| Job description: | The Grillhouse is the sister restaurant to the popular Zen Lounge Bar and Grill located just along the beach in Palma Nova, Majorca. The restaurant was refurbished last year and is very busy due to its second line beach location. We are looking for a head chef to join and lead our team of chefs during our busy season. The position would be starting from the middle of March and you would work until the end of October when the restaurant then closes for the winter. There are menus in place already and we are looking for a head chef with fresh volume experience who can take over the day to day running of the kitchen. This will include health, safety and hygiene, rotas, staff training, ordering and stock control. Interviews will take place in Edinburgh and you can buy flights from €30/40 one way from Glasgow and Edinburgh. There is scope for progression within the business and potential profit share in the future. |
