Job description:

I am looking for a talented chef to run the seafood and grill Restaurant at a 3 star hotel in Guernsey.

You will have a steady career background in a 3 or 4 star hotel either working as a head chef or as a senior sous chef looking to step up.

You will be able to lead the team by example and will be enthusiastic in training and developing other staff. You will be hands on and be able to create a good working atmosphere in the kitchen.

I am looking for someone who is creative but can continue with our emphasis on shellfish, seafood and grill.

You will need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure and be an excellent communicator.

You will be required to have a good understanding of purchasing, Gross Profit and food hygiene.
