Days:5 days out of 7 mainly straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 10 - 40; Dinner: 10 - 30 in restaurant and 10-50 in bar. Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday night; Breakfast: to 70; Functions: Up to 200 - (56 wedding over the year)
Food type:2 AA Rosette restaurant plus functions
Full-time chefs:6 chefs + 2 Kitchen Porters

Job description:

The Morritt Hotel and Garage Spa is a 4* hotel with a long history and reputation for providing excellent service in the area for their food is looking for a Chef de partie to join this established team.

We require 2 experienced Chef de Parties who are capable of strengthening our existing kitchen team. The successful candidates will have a passion for food & sound knowledge of using fresh local ingredients to create dishes of a high standard.

A great work ethic & positive attitude is required to deliver 2 rosette food in this 4 Star luxury hotel. We offer outstanding staff benefits, including ongoing training and discounted dining.
