Salary:£21,500 per annum paid monthly plus a share of the tips. Benefits include: After 8 Months of Employment an annual bonus of £150.00 to help with travel on/off island will be paid each year on the January pay slip. Following 3 months of employment you will qualify for Medical costs assistance to a maximum value of £250.00 per annum. Also up to £150 towards travel to Guernsey to be payed after 1 months employment.

Days:5 days from 7 split shifts
Holidays:15 days increasing to 20 days after 1 year service

Full-time chefs:6 - 7 chef plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:En suite double room available in purpose built staff house in grounds of Hotel. Free Wifi. £353 per month
Job description:

Le Friquet Hotel is a busy 3 star hotel situated in Guernsey.

We are looking for a chef de partie to join the team. Working in a busy kitchen you will need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure and be an excellent communicator.

If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge then this could be the role for you.

You will get excellent training in-house and there is very good scope for career progression.

The Channel Islands are a good place to live and work.
