| Job description: | We own a catering unit in Ullapool called The Seafood Shack which we opened in 2016 and have been lucky enough to win a number of great awards. We are looking for a number of staff to work for us this April-October. In the Shack we provide customers with fresh and local seafood which is delivered to us each morning by the local fishermen which we then turn into yummy takeaway dishes, our food is quick, simple and always fresh. You will get the chance to cook and/or prepare seafood, work with the public and work in an outdoor kitchen. We are a small team in a close proximity so you must be able to 'muck' in and do whatever job is needed, whether it be prep veg, serve customers, cook or wash dishes/clean. Work will be slower in the beginning and end of the season but in the middle months it can get manic so you must be able to work under pressure.
