The availability of relief work is patchy and the priority of the work will go to the chefs who have worked for us for the season or who are better known to us

Tony Orr is at The Royal Scots Club in Edinburgh
Shaun O’Rouke is at the Macdonald Arms in Tobermory giving extra help for the Rally being held on the Island
Nathan Swales is back at The Lochailort Inn in Lochaber
Paul Callan is at Cawdor Tavern
Robert Mckillop after coming back from his home of Canada he jumped straight in to a job at The Thainstone House Hotel
John Cowie is working away at Greshornish House, Isle of Skye
Laura McCulloch is at Ardvasar Hotel also on the Isle of Skye
Patrick Johnstone is at Old Maron Hotel, he has ben there a few times before with previous owner
Nitin Sharma is at The Kinloch Hotel, Isle of Arran
Nadia Sergejeva and Ruairidh Mcquade are at The Boat Inn, Aboyne
