So here are some of the chefs we have out that have been in place for either the full season or for the most part
Michael George is at The Steampacket Inn, Isle of Whithorn he has been there since the beginning of May
Scott Maciejewski has been back at Kinloch Lodge, Isle of Skye since end of March this is Scott’s second stint there
Ally Brown went to Keel Row, Isle of Mull the 1st time in August last year and confirmed he would head back at the end of January for the 2024 season
Frances Dunlop again her second time at Harris Hotel she went back mid May and is currently still there but finishing soon
Pawel Sawicki is at Bunchrew House Hotel and he has been a long serving relief chef there from 2022 / 2023 - he is also due to finish at the end of this month
Martha Doyle just join Chefs In Scotland this year and has done a couple shorter jobs but has been at Ardvasar Hotel, Isle of Skye since mid May
Pawel Halicki joined us back after taking a permanent job he has been at Ness Walk, Inverness since beginning of March this year
Chris Hetherington is over in Borve, Isle of Lewis at the Borve Hotel and he has been there since the end March 2024
