We currently have 69 relief chefs out working with 14 confirmed jobs for the week so far.

The availability does remain tight.

We have Ruth starting with us working remotely in the Lakes from 1st August, feel free to start getting registered now for positions in the North England. You can email ruth@chefsinscotland.co.uk with a copy of your up to date CV and reference details.

Paul Hackland is back in Lockerbie at The Sure Hotel covering holidays

Vlad Sviridenko is in the North of Scotland at Th Plockton Inn

Ryan Williamson has joined Mark Wilkinson and Ciaran Clarke at The Tontine in Greenock

Pedro Dionisio is at The Ben Nevis Hotel in Fort William

Dougie Gillies is back at his favourite place Tobermory at The Western Isles Hotel

Scott McDonald and Brian Smith at Banff Springs Hotel

Nadia Serjegeva finished at The Anchor in Johnshaven and is back helping at Kastille / Turriff Show

Gordon Murphy went to cover at Lomond Hills Hotel while Richard Clark was at Craigsanquhar Hotel

Artur Gradzki is at Sligachan Hotel, Isle of Skye

Peter Norrie finished at Inn at Ardgour and is back helping at Tulchan Lodge

Nastasia Costinea is at The Three Lemons in Aberfeldy

Angela Richards is finishing up her 2nd stint at Tigh an Eilean Hotel also there is Jordan Hancox and Jayne Golden

Bruce Robertson is at The Inn at Ardgour in Lochaber
