There are currently 49 relief chefs out working all over Scotland.
Relief work coming in is still very patchy and we do give priority to the chefs better known to CIS.
We are still happy to get chefs registered though…..

Douglas Gillies and Richard Wire are at The Kenmore Hotel in Perthshire
Corno Cloete and Chloe Hay are helping in Northumberland at the Blue Bell Inn in Crookham
Leon Edgson is in Grantown on Spey at The Grant Arms
Bobby Ainsworth is finishing today at Tigh an Eilean in Ross-shire
Steven Gannon is in Stornoway at The County Hotel
