As it stood we have over 60 chefs out working all over the UK.
Relief work remains busy as expected for this time of year.
In Wales we have had Al Manini working as well as Mark Belligham, Stuart Agnew will be moving from Cornwall to Wales, also we have Grant Buchanan in Cumbria at the Dovenby Hotel.
In Scotland Michael Njoroge at The Eden Court Theatre, Andras Rethi at The Old Manor along with Douglas ‘Denzil’ Gillies, Lillian Clarkson was over in Braemar and the Braemar Lodge and currently at The Nethy Bridge Hotel, David Ironside is working close to home at The Drovers Inn in Memus, Stuart MacColl finished his stint at The Nethy Bridge Hotel and is currently at Ardvasar Hotel with Calvin Jeff, Stuart Palmer was working a second stint at Loch Melfort, Steve Moffat also working in his home town at the Black Bull Hotel Lauder, Alan Baird was over in Stornoway the County Hotel where he will be going again after finishing at The Northern Hotel, Graeme Kennedy has been over at The Lodge at Carfraemill in the Borders, Richard Booth has been working weekends at the Gathering Place Bistro in Braemar and also working at The Cromdale Outdoor Centre near Grantown on Spey, Chris Roberti was over at The Hotel Hebrides and is now back at The Oban Caledonian Hotel, David Errington also help out for a couple of weeks at The Loch Melfort Hotel, Jason Paxton and Sarah Pozzi are working up on Skye at the Duisdale Hotel, Lisca Cample got on very well at Spean Bridge Hotel, Donald Haughey was at The Oban Caledonian and is now working at The Isles of Glencoe Hotel, Lewis Thomson finished a long stint at Fonab and is currently in Lockerbie at The Dryfesdale hotel, Philippe Alamichel was over in Inverness-shire at the Dores Inn then to The Clachan Inn in Drymen and is now going back to Knockomie House Hotel in Forres, Sebastian Luszczynski is at The Alexandr Hotel in Fort William.
There are lots more chefs out working and doing a great job.
