Job description:

Coffee shop assistant required to work within a busy coffee shop in an office environment catering for up to 500 employees.

Your duties will include cold food preparation, restocking, serving customers and operating the till. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is kept at all times.

You must be able to work as part of a team and have a 'can do' attitude at all times.

Assistant Manager required in Aberdeen City Centre

Assistant Manager required for stylish, contemporary Aberdeen city centre bar + bistro that focusses on innovative food expertly paired with spirits, wines, cocktails + beers. A love of all things “Hospitality” is essential!

Fusion Bar + Bistro is part of a local independent group of restaurants and bars: CranberryCo. based in Aberdeen, Scotland. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth running of The Gallery Bistro upstairs, and The Bar downstairs. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for food, have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and hold a qualification in food safety, as well as hold a personal licence.

He/she will have great organisational skills and the ability to control a budget, and work with figures. Commercial knowledge will be an advantage but not a necessity as full training in this area can be provided.
