Job description:

The Mishnish is one of the few iconic bars left in Scotland and is known all over the world by visitors to the island, sailors, musicians and rally drivers. Recently refurbished, the bar maintains a cosy, friendly atmosphere and remains traditional with a collection of old memorabilia from shipwrecks and the town itself.

The hotel offers 12 newly refurbished bedrooms with en-suite facilities and several rooms overlooking the harbour. Our Mishnish restaurant offers locally sourced seafood, alongside other sumptuous dishes, whilst our Italian restaurant, situated on the first floor and open throughout the summer, offers delicious pizza, pastas and nibbles.

We are looking to recruit experienced disciplined Front of House Bar and Restaurant Staff for our busy establishment.
Must have experience of how to work a tidy and well organised bar/restaurant, a friendly and helpful approach and a good command of the English language.

Good rates paid for all posts with immediate start available. This position is all year round not seasonal.

Boath House by Nairn on the Moray Coast is a well established 9 bedroom country house which has 4AA Rosettes and a Michelin Star.

We are a luxury country house widely renowned for its style, quality and fine cuisine situated on Scotland’s north east Moray coast.

This family run hotel is set in 22 acres of stunning highland scenery with an ornamental lake and streams.

We are looking for 2 general assistants to join our friendly team.

We currently have 3 front of house team members.

You will be responsible for serving in the restaurant, checking guests in and out as well as reception duties.

You must be at least 18 years old.

The shift patterns are usually 1pm - 10pm if doing a straight shift and 8am - 1pm then 6pm to 10pm if a split shift.

Prior experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Armadale Castle, Gardens & Museum of the Isles is situated within a 20,000-acre highland estate on the Sleat peninsula in south Skye.

We are looking for a cafe assistant to join our friendly team.

You will be responsible for serving customers, making coffee, working with the till, cash handling and other general work.
