| Job description: | Chanterelle Kinkell is a newly opened restaurant situated in Kinkell House Hotel, 5 miles from Dingwall and 12 miles from Inverness. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our small and friendly team. You will have relevant management experience. Ideally you will be a driver. You will be fluent in English. You will be responsible for rotas, training team members, handling cash, be presentable, good attitude, reliable and have a proven track record.
