Head Chef, Seasonal positions all over Scotland, Dumfries and Galloway

Salary:Up to £15 per hour for head chef paid weekly or monthly plus tips
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:50+ in season, paid for every hour you work
Days:5 or 6 days depending on needs of the business
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:Small country house hotels to 5* holiday parks
Food type:predominantly traditional Scottish using fresh local fish, seafood and game
Full-time chefs:Sole - 5/6 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live in accommodation available usually own room in shared staff house or flat with TV and Wi-Fi
Job description:

I am looking for seasonal chefs for positions we have registered all over Scotland.

The positions are available now until end of October/beginning of November.

Looking for candidates that are willing to commit to the full season cooking fresh, local and seasonal produce mainly traditional Scottish bar meals and a la carte.

The positions are located down the west coast of Scotland mainly but can be anywhere in Scotland which is a beautiful place to to spend the summer season.
