| Salary: | Up to £15 per hour for head chef paid weekly or monthly plus tips |

| Bedrooms: | Small country house hotels to 5* holiday parks |
| Food type: | predominantly traditional Scottish using fresh local fish, seafood and game |
| Full-time chefs: | Sole - 5/6 chefs plus kitchen porters |
| Accommodation: | Live in accommodation available usually own room in shared staff house or flat with TV and Wi-Fi |
| Job description: | I am looking for seasonal chefs for positions we have registered all over Scotland. The positions are available now until end of October/beginning of November. Looking for candidates that are willing to commit to the full season cooking fresh, local and seasonal produce mainly traditional Scottish bar meals and a la carte. The positions are located down the west coast of Scotland mainly but can be anywhere in Scotland which is a beautiful place to to spend the summer season. |
