Job description:

Tormaukin Hotel is a privately owned 13 bedroom hotel in a charming location. We are looking for somebody to join our motivated team producing high quality food.

We are a traditional coaching inn just a few miles from Gleneagles and are featured in the Michelin Eating Out Guide.

We are looking for a Head chef to join and lead our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including menu planning, health, safety and hygiene and stock control.

You will be working with great local produce, we prepare everything fresh on site you will have full autonomy of the kitchen and menus.

You will be a good team leader who will provide training to our junior members in the kitchen.
