Head Chef, The Luib Hotel, Perthshire

The Luib Hotel is a unique establishment successfully combining modern comfort with the character and historic interest of an ancient drovers' inn dating from the 17th century

With a backdrop of picturesque mountain scenery, Luib Hotel is located in the Scottish highlands and offers a number of local outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, golf and fishing. The scenic locations of Loch Lomond and Glen Coe can both be reached in a 20-minute drive.

We are looking for a sole chef to join us. We are a small family run establishment.

We do have another chef who would cover for your days off.

If you are a local candidate who can commute to work every day, we would be looking for you to do 2 breakfast shifts and 5 evening shifts.

If you are a candidate who would require accommodation, we would be looking for you to do 2 breakfast shifts and 2 evening shifts - spread out with an evening shift, followed by a breakfast shift and evening shift the following day before doing a breakfast shift on the 3rd day. Accommodation would only be available for the 2 nights per week.

The shift patterns are breakfast shift - 7.30am - 10am and evening shift 4.30pm - 10pm.

There is opportunity to also do a lunch shift if you would like to work them - rota to be discussed.
