Job description:

The Allan Ramsay Hotel is a small privately owned Visit Scotland 3 Star and Taste the Best country inn situated in Carlops, near Penicuik just 10 minutes from Edinburgh by pass.

We are looking for a Chef to join our small team.

Working in a small kitchen with a kitchen porter, you will be responsible for all paper work, stock control, ordering, menu planning.

You will have a proven track record.

You must be committed, hardworking and enthusiastic.

This position is available now for the right candidate through until 16th February.
