Job description: | I am recruiting a head chef for a brand new 30 seater grill restaurant situated in Dundee. Looking for a chef who can take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen and also be involved with the setup including input into menus. Under brand new ownership and not a previous restaurant. You will be using a josper charcoal grill so ideally you will have experience of this. Plan to have some Afro-Carribbean dishes on the menu but there will be recipes for this. Good opportunity to be involved in the whole process and make a name for yourself. Position is available from the end of November. |
