Salary:£25,000 to £27,000 depending on experience paid monthly - plus tips - good bonus to be discussed - overtime paid for hours over 50 pro rata of wage

Job description:

I am looking for a head chef to join a new venture just 5 miles from Edinburgh City Centre.

You will be in charge of the busy kitchen which will be undergoing an expansion in January 2018.

Duties will include kitchen management, rotas, ordering, stock control, health, safety & hygiene and training other members in the kitchen.

There are menus is place but you will have input into specials.

This may suit a couple as there is front of house work available also.

There is the potential to have January and February off as the owner is back in the UK and is also a chef.

This position is available from the begining of February 2018.
