| Job description: | This historic golf club with a strong membership base is looking for a Head Chef to join them in their welcoming and supportive club. There's an excellent local customer base and scope to develop the kitchen into a highly profitable operation, with an understanding and supportive management team in place. They're looking for someone with a great understanding of business and a willingness to drive the operation forward. The current Head Chef is leaving after a tenure of 20 years and so you should have demonstrable longevity and a desire to create something that you can nurture in the long term.. This would be a great opportunity for a couple or friends to come in and work together to develop all aspects of the F&B operation. The club is volunteer run, warm and welcoming. You'll become a part of the team in no time and they're offering an excellent accommodation with it's own gardens as part of the package.
