Job description:

Jam Jar is a busy, successful and popular local restaurant located in the thriving village of Bridge of Allan, Stirling. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

Jam Jar has a full kitchen team in place and is ready for a new Head Chef to add their talent and skill to complete the team. The menu and cooking is all about fresh ingredients prepared and cooked to order.

As an independently owned business the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the owner.

Applicants should be experienced at creating their own menus and be passionate and excited about food. They should also be comfortable in a busy kitchen and work well in a team. High standards are expected in both food quality and presentation. It essential that you are organised and efficient and capable of managing the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen.

The owner is opening a new venture in Bridge of Allan this year, creating an Executive Chef opportunity across the two businesses. This will have the appropriate package and present a significant career growth opportunity.
