Job description:

Lands of Loyal is a 17 bedroom, 4* country house hotel situated 5 miles from Blairgowrie in Perthshire. A well-established family run and owned business with a very good reputation in the area.

We are looking for a head chef who can take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health, safety and hygiene, orders, rotas and menu planning.

We have a good local following and you would have a good opportunity to put your own stamp on the place while maintaining that following.

This is a nice area to live and work if you are relocating.
