Salary:negotiable hourly rate of paid weekly plus share of tips

Hours:36 - 45
Days:5 days straight shifts closed two days a week at the moment
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:
Covers:Lunch: 10; Dinner: up to 45; Functions: ocassional
Food type:basic pub menu plus specials
Full-time chefs:sole chef plus kitchen porter (would take on a second chef when season gets busier)
Accommodation:4 miles from Stirling could provide live in accommodation if relocating
Job description:

The Hollytree is a local village pub and restaurant situated in Menstrie, 4 miles from Stirling. We are a brewery pub and we are looking for a chef to join our relatively new but friendly team.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering, all safety checks and cleaning.

We have a menu in place which is changed twice a year and we use lots of local suppliers too.

Working on your own in quieter season but would look to take on 2nd chef in the busier period.

This would suit a good second chef or cook looking to take on their own kitchen.
