Job description: | The Adamson is an award-winning 2AA Rosettes restaurant & bar situated in the heart of St Andrews. Contemporary style, relaxed environment, affordable dining catering for a wide audience. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team. You will in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen - ordering, stock control, menus, rotas, staff training, health & hygiene. Must have 2 AA rosette experience with a stable background. This position is available from mid May. |
