Salary:£35,000 per annum negotiable paid monthly plus tips
Hours:40 - 50 depending on season
Days:5 days from 7 mainly split shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:16 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: Lunches up to 25 in the bar; Dinner: Up to 32 dinners in the restaurant and up to 80 in the bar; Breakfast: Up to 32; Functions: occasional to 60 covers
Food type:2 rosette restaurant plus bar meals
Full-time chefs:6 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation available as part of the package including Wi-Fi and meals on duty
Job description:

I am recruiting a head chef for a well established hotel situated 9 miles from Broadford.

Looking for someone to take control of and lead the kitchen to maintain the high standards within our two rosette restaurant and our bar.

We have a good reputation and we are looking for a head chef with ideally rosette or good quality experience.

In an ideal location to use lots of local, fresh produce including local seafood and fresh fish and game.

You will have full control of the kitchen including inspiring and creative menu planning, meeting targets, ordering, managing the kitchen team and maintaining high standards of healthy, safety and hygiene.

This would suit someone with strong head chef experience or someone who has had experience of leading a team.
