Job description: | The Drumoig Golf Hotel is a 29 bedroom 3 star hotel situated 3 miles from Leuchars and 5 miles from Dundee. We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team and head up our kitchen. You will have full control over menus, this is an excellent chance to make a good name for yourself. You will also be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering, stock control, rotas, health and hygiene. Privately owned a run hotel. You can enjoy free golf on days off. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
