Salary:Negotiable salary paid monthly plus possible bonus may be available
Duration:Permanent
Hours:45 - 50 hours per week
Days:5 days over 7 - straight shifts 11am to 9pm
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:29 bedrooms - varies over the day 20 - 100
Food type:traditional Scottish bar / restaurant - simple menu in place but looking to improve
Full-time chefs:full strength 2 chefs plus breakfast chef - no kitchen porters
Accommodation:Temporary accommodation available for up to 2 - 4 weeks
Job description:

The Drumoig Golf Hotel is a 29 bedroom 3 star hotel situated 3 miles from Leuchars and 5 miles from Dundee.

We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team and head up our kitchen.

You will have full control over menus, this is an excellent chance to make a good name for yourself.

You will also be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering, stock control, rotas, health and hygiene.

Privately owned a run hotel.

You can enjoy free golf on days off.
