Salary:annual salary £24,500 paid weekly with share of tips
Hours:45 hours
Days:5 days out of 7
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 20 - 80; Dinner: 40 - 100; Breakfast: 30; Functions: nil

Full-time chefs:5 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Available for the right candidate for the season initially
Job description:

The Crusoe Hotel, Lower Largo in Fife, is a very busy privately owned and run 16 bedroom 3 star hotel with an excellent reputation for quality fresh produce.

This is a very busy all year round establishment producing modern Scottish food of a high standard.

We are looking for a team leader with good communication and motivational skills to step into our role as sous chef.

It is a high pressure kitchen and we are looking for a team member with innovation who like to provide input into creating new dishes for the menu.

This position is available now for the right candidate.
