Job description:

Chefs In Scotland is recruiting for a sous chef for a newly opened 120 seater bistro situated in Paisley.

Well-established family-run business of 14 years with another restaurant.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team, who can take over the running of the kitchen on the head chefs days off.

Very hands on approachable owners with good staff retention.

Cooking good quality fresh bistro for up to 120 covers per night. Experience at a similar level is essential.

Closed on a Monday. Happy to pay overtime on a pro-rata basis for hours worked over 48.

Excellent transport links.
