Salary:Circa - £26,000 per annum dependant on experience- paid monthly - plus tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40 - 50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:18
Covers:Lunch: to 15; Dinner: to 60; Breakfast: to 30; Functions: to 90
Food type:Restaurant and bistro - fresh produce
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live out - assistance with finding accommodation locally
Job description:

Ramnee Hotel is a privately owned 18 bedroom hotel situated in Forres, on the Moray coast.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.

You will be able to cover for our Head Chef on time off and give support.

We are open to new ideas for menus.

This is a fabulous location to raise a family and a great opportunity to learn from an experienced head chef.

This is a full time permanent position available now for the right candidate.
