Job description: | Little's Restaurant is a popular privately owned Restaurant situated in Blairgowrie. A beautiful renovated Church, the restaurant opened in 2011. We are looking for a reliable and passionate Sous Chef who wants to be part of a strong and stable team. We have access to the freshest fish that Scottish waters has to offer coming daily from Scrabster Market in the North of Scotland – from market to plate within 12 hours. There is good opportunities to progess and possible profit share. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
