Hours:40 - 50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 - mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: no lunches - Afternoon teas 2 - 22; Dinner: 6 - 30; Breakfast: maximum 25; Functions: occasional to 140
Food type:Modern European - with a Brazilian twist
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus breakfast chef and kitchen porters
Accommodation:Own bedroom in staff accommodation - on site - wifi available - part of package
Job description:

Islay House is an 11 bedroom hotel situated on the Isle of Islay.

We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our small team.

Our team are from a Michelin / AA rosette background, we pride ourselves on delivering quality dishes.

You will provide support and cover for our Head Chef of days off

You will be living in a beautiful area with a variety of activities to do on your time off such as fishing, golfing and hiking.

This may suit a couple.
