Salary:£23,000 per annum paid weekly plus £50 per week bonus payable on completion of contract Full season tip share of approximately £900 to be paid on completion.

Covers:Lunch: up to 50; Dinner: 60 - 100; Breakfast: Max 100; Functions: 30 - 150
Food type:Brasserie and 2 AA Rosette formal dining
Full-time chefs:12 plus 4 kitchen porters
Accommodation:Own bedroom with shared facilities including all bills meals and wifi - £95 per week
Job description:

The White House Hotel is a 40 bedroom 4 star hotel situated in Herm Island just 3 miles from Guernsey.

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our young and stable team.

We are a unique traditional hotel who caters for our guests.

There is a real opportunity for you to grow as a chef and to learn from an excellent head chef.

We are a solid 2 AA Rosette hotel looking to push for more accolades.

This position is available now for the right candidate through until the 3rd October.
