Job description:

The Links Hotel is a busy 36 bedroom 3 star hotel situated on the coast in Montrose mid way between Aberdeen and Dundee.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our team.

You will be committed and ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience in a 3 star establishment.

Montrose is a lovely town with good amenities and a good quality of life.

This is a seasonal position you will also help cover holidays in our sister hotel The Park Hotel.

You will be required to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.

The position is available from the beginning of May to the end of September.
