This family run hotel is set in 22 acres of stunning highland scenery with an ornamental lake and streams.

We are looking for a keen and passionate chef to join our team led by acclaimed Scottish Chef Charlie Lockley, who has been the head chef for twenty years.

This is a superb opportunity to work with excellent fresh produce, much of it grown in our garden.

You will gain experience working in all sections of the kitchen in one of Scotland's top eateries.

We are looking at introducing a more casual dining experience in the walled garden, so there is lots of scope to become involved in that also.

Ideally, you will already have good quality experience but a willingness to learn is as important.

This is an excellent chance to really push on and take your career to the next level.

We are situated two miles from Nairn which is a great place to live and work, particularly for those who like and enjoy country life.
