Food type:Scottish bar and restaurant - good quality local and seasonal produce
Full-time chefs:6 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Room in staff flat available charged at £30 per week - including Wi-Fi
Job description:

I am recruiting a chef de partie for a 56 bedroom 3 star hotel situated just 40 minutes from Dundee and 45 minutes from Aberdeen.

Friendly and fun team in place.

Nice seaside town and as you don't usually work more than 45 hours per week this would suit someone who is looking for a good work/life balance.

Good scope for career progression at our sister hotel.
