Salary:Up to £21,000 depending on experience paid weekly - plus tips – live in
Duration:Permanent
Hours:45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:10 bedrooms - 40 cover restaurant plus Alfresco dining
Food type:Scottish - all homemade, fresh on the premises and locally sourced plus some outside catering and BBQ
Full-time chefs:2 chefs plus 2 kitchen assistants
Accommodation:Own room available in 2 bedroom flat – all meals provided and bills included – part of package
Job description:

The Glenisla Hotel is a 10 bedroom recently undergone a full refurbishment.

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our new team.

We are situated in the Cairngorms on the 2nd Largest Shooting Estate in Scotland with a large fishing Loch.

This is a very exciting opportunity for a chef who wants to cook fresh local ingredients using Game from the Estate.

An all year-round hotel from customers walking, fishing, shooting and skiing.

This position is available in June.
