Job description: | The Glenisla Hotel is a 10 bedroom recently undergone a full refurbishment. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our new team. We are situated in the Cairngorms on the 2nd Largest Shooting Estate in Scotland with a large fishing Loch. This is a very exciting opportunity for a chef who wants to cook fresh local ingredients using Game from the Estate. An all year-round hotel from customers walking, fishing, shooting and skiing. This position is available in June. |
