Job description: | Blas opened 4 months ago and has obtained excellent reviews and held a top 5 position out of 800 plus highland establishment on a well-known review website with a number one position in Lochaber. We have a small menu using locally sourced sustainable produce with a focus on flavor. The right candidate also has the opportunity to quickly progress to the Sous Chef position. Check out our Instagram page taste_blas to see our food. We are developing our own gin and are opening a brewery to brew beers that compliment our food. Fort William is a great place to relocate to. It is known for its outdoor activities and promotes a good lifestyle for those in the area.
