Hours:40 hours - we are closed Sunday and Monday

Job description:

Blas opened 4 months ago and has obtained excellent reviews and held a top 5 position out of 800 plus highland establishment on a well-known review website with a number one position in Lochaber. We have a small menu using locally sourced sustainable produce with a focus on flavor.

The right candidate also has the opportunity to quickly progress to the Sous Chef position.
