Working within the team to deliver excellent product quality.
Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Day to day running of a different section for up to 150 covers daily.
Closely following the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes.
Put forward any exciting ideas that may be implemented in increasing efficiency of the kitchen.
Contributing to the control of food costs.
Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained. |
