| Job description: | The Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel is situated in Spean Bridge we are only 16 miles from the Outdoor Capital of the UK Fort William so would suit someone who likes outdoor pursuits. The Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel serves only the best of produce ensuring we are always exceeding our Customers’ expectations and consistently striving to be the best in our location. We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. You will help support our senior members in the kitchen taking direction from our Head Chef and Sous Chef.
