Job description: | I am looking for a pastry chef for a new restaurant that is opening in St Andrews. A well established place that has been taken over by a well known company. We are looking for someone who has some pastry experience but it is more about your willingness to learn and your attitude. We have a fantastic pastry kitchen in Edinburgh where we can give excellent training. We will be using lots of local Scottish ingredients and you will be working with one other on the pastry section also. An exciting time to join as we will be under new management from next month when they open. The position is available from next month but possibly sooner for the right person. |
