Salary:£8.50 per hour paid weekly, plus tips

Hours:40-45
Days:5 days from 7 split shifts (every 4th weekend off)
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 40; Dinner: 70; Breakfast: no breakfast cover needed; Functions: none
Food type:Up market bar food plus specials - lots of fresh fish and seafood.
Full-time chefs:3 plus kitchen porters

Job description:

Small but very busy town centre hotel, with a growing reputation for excellence, looking for a head Chef to maintain and expand on our current trading levels.

We are looking for a chef to support our head chef.

We pride ourselves on offering our guests great quality fresh food in a comfortable and relaxed environment with a focus on fresh fish dishes.

We aim to continue expanding our current trading levels, while maintaining quality and service.
