Job description: | Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels must be one of the most exciting hospitality businesses at the minute. Originally one of Scotland’s best known 4* resorts, we’ve now expanded to include a total of 10 hotels across Scotland and the North of England, with ambitions for more. Peebles Hydro and The Park are part of our portfolio, and we’re making some serious changes. Peel café is offsite at Glentress forest, a mecca for downhill mountain biking. As Chef de Partie for The Peel Cafe you will be charge of the unit. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly. A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience at Chef de Partie level is desired. You’ll certainly have experience in the sauce, larder and veg corners, and if you’ve pastry experience, that’s even more exciting. What in it for You |
