Job description: | Chefs In Scotland is recruiting for a 5 star luxury country house hotel situated in the highlands, 1 hour north of Inverness, in a small town with beautiful beaches and scenery. Looking for a dedicated, experienced hospitality professional to join the hotel as Head of Department for the Restaurant and Food and Beverage. 2020 sees the introduction of a more relaxed level of comfortable luxury at the hotel so it is an exciting time to join with a busy F&B schedule for the year ahead. The ideal candidate will have a extensive experience within 5 star establishments and a track record of successfully delivering concepts and events. You will be working closely alongside the head chef to deliver the entire restaurant experience. Working as part of a small team it is essential that you are a strong team player. You must have a passion for delivering a high level of service as well good experience using back office systems including Microsoft Office and Google Suites. The hotel has one of the finest wine lists in Scotland so a passion and understanding of wine and beverages would be desired. An exciting opportunity to be part of something very special and join a team with huge ambitions.
