Salary:£10 per hour paid monthly, plus share of tips
Hours:Approximately 50 hours per week

Job description:

The Summer Isles Hotel is a unique hotel, restaurant and bistro / bar set in a landscape of sea, mountains and islands on the far north-west coast of the Scottish Highlands. We reflect the splendour of our surroundings in everything that we do.

We are looking for a Front of House team member at our hotel. Guests are your top priority – your care and love for our guests is your drive. Beyond that, you are the smooth transference of our outstanding food to our beautiful Restaurant and Bistro and so you work in respectful partnership with our Kitchen. In the dining rooms, you are elegant and have an eye for detail; you notice what our guests need before they know it. You are genuinely warm and welcoming. You work well in the small team with the same care and elegance. Previous hospitality / restaurant / people experience is vital. If this is you, please contact us.

This position is available from as soon as allowed, considering COVID restrictions - hopefully 27 March 2021. It will run through to 30 October 2021 at least.
