Job description: | The Summer Isles Hotel is a unique hotel, restaurant and bistro / bar set in a landscape of sea, mountains and islands on the far north-west coast of the Scottish Highlands. We reflect the splendour of our surroundings in everything that we do. Bar Manager Previous hospitality / restaurant / bar / people experience is vital. You must be able to work in the UK. This position is a seasonal position and duration of the contract is approximately 7 months. The contract is set to begin in April 2021, but this is dependent upon COVID regulations. The end date is 30 October 2021, at least.
