Salary:	Good hourly rate available paid fortnightly - plus tips - meals on duty

Hours:	up to 48
Days:	5 days from 7 straight shifts
Holidays:	Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:	20 Lodges with a further 80 in the process of being built
Covers:	Dinner: over lunch and dinner up to 240 covers; Breakfast: 10 - 40; Functions: looking to develop
Food type:	Up Market Brasserie - Brunch - Terrace Lunches
Full-time chefs:	up to 14 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:	Possible accommodation available in Longtown - cost negotiable (9 miles away)
Job description:	Westland's Country Park is situated in The Broats Moss near Annan in Dumfries & Galloway. Waitress/waiter – multiple We are looking for professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Westlands Country Park. You’ll have previous experience working front of house as a Waiter/ Waitress and will be committed to maintaining high standards and working as part of a team. The pace is fast, and the standards are high, and if you are passionate and a quick learner, it could be the start of a great career. You will: • Deliver the company sequence of service, providing an efficient, well mannered, friendly, professional service and a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation is always paramount • Control a section during service, taking orders and issuing bills • Gain product knowledge and help build the guest experience • Ensure that the restaurant is set accordingly to standards
